SINGLE MOMS

SINGLE MOMS

There are more than 24 million children in the United States living in single-parent families (2017 KIDS COUNT Databook). That’s more children in single-parent homes in our country than the total populations of the 17 least-populated states combined (2016 Census Data).

Help single moms work towards self-sufficiency and self-discovery as they provide for their children, creating a network of care, guidance and support in local communities. This 10-week program, made available through our church and community partners, provides skills classes, mentorship and resources designed to help single mothers and their children thrive.

How can you help?

  • Become an official mentor to a single mother on a residential campus near you.
  • Start a Single Moms Community Program at your church, and in your own community, which engages single moms through a 10-week curriculum.
